Can true love recover from anything??? Use a mother's love as a reference cuz its the same.?

I pretty much 'knew' she was 'the one' first time I saw her. When we met the first time, we couldn't take our eyes off eachother and then talked as if we've known eachother. We became close friends like in the the movie 'Just Friends.'Then two years later we fell in love. We were talking outside and I just felt the fall... Then I moved far away and couldn't talk to her for nine years. I had a chance to tell her I was moving but I didn't because I didn't know what I could say or do to ease her hurt. I never stopped caring about her. I got in contact with her to tell her that she's always been the one I needed and she rejected me saying she only saw me as a friend(Once we we're hugging and I started caressing her butt(I don't know many friend who do that!). I told her well I'm glad you at least remembered cuz it's been so long. She said how could I forget you... (I think she just doesn't realize she loves me too. I'm gonna wait for her to figure it out for herself). I rember us 'playing' like two innocent best friends... We were wrestling on the couch cuz I was trying to take her sock off... She said she thought her feet were ugly and I wanted to prove to her that they aren't... they aren't bye the way.

So, do you think I'm waiting in vain? I don't think I could stop waiting If that's what you'd suggest.

Is this real love?

Here's a quote from Nietzsche ';Love is blind; friendship covers its eyes';Can true love recover from anything??? Use a mother's love as a reference cuz its the same.?
Sorry to say, No, it's not true love. First of all a Mother's love IS unconditional, and is a much different type of love not to be compared with the love or lust of a between unrelated males and females. Mother's and Father's both go through a heck of a lot of sacrifice for their children. I really hope you see the difference, perhaps as you get older and more matured you will.

Second, read up on Lust. You fell in lust, innocently enough it was a crush. But never think this girl is interested if she say's she is not. I'm sorry to have to tell you this. I think though it's time to move on and find someone out there who is waiting for you to come along. Better days are coming. Always remember that!

Good Luck!
