I hear that when white people use a black persons perm...it turns their hair straight? Is this true?

You could use the perm and it would make your hair straight, but those perms are very powerful. If you have dyed, highlighted or permed your hair prior to doing that, your hair would probably break off. Those perms are meant to be done on virgin hair and new growth only. I would look for a different perm if you want your hair straight.I hear that when white people use a black persons perm...it turns their hair straight? Is this true?
Yes. The 'black person perm' is called a relaxer and it makes your hair straight. I have never heard of a white person using one though. I don't think it would work as good, because the texture of the hair is different.I hear that when white people use a black persons perm...it turns their hair straight? Is this true?
Black's usually use perms that straightens hair. White's usually use the type that curl hair. So, yes if you use a perm that straightens hair it will make your hair straight.
ALL 'BLACK PEOPLES PERM' IS IS A NORMAL PERM BUT THEY DON'T PUT THE ROLLERS IN YOUR HAIR. ITS JUST THE CHEMICALS.
No. A perm is a perm.
