What is this ';we only use 10% of our brain'; stuff? thats not true is it?

It's a total myth. Here's an interesting link about the possible origins of that myth: http://faculty.washington.edu/chudler/te鈥?/a>What is this ';we only use 10% of our brain'; stuff? thats not true is it?
Well, that's kind of true because that is when you use your brain under conscious conditions. Your breathing, biting, typing, seeing, smelling, moving are all control by your brain but those are done subconsciously. You don't think about it in order to do it. But when it comes to doing mental things, you do think about it. But that's not all the time. That's that ';we only use 10% of our brain'; means. What is this ';we only use 10% of our brain'; stuff? thats not true is it?
Not true. You do use almost all of your brain. Maybe your brain isnt always working at 100% of its potential, but all of it gets used.
I think I use 30 percent of my brain to correct another brain question.
some believe our diets do not provide enough nutrients for us to use all of our brain. sounds good to me cause not much of anything is good for you. take a vitamin every day.
